Set your webhook URL
In Postmark → Inbound → Settings, paste your PropOps webhook URL above as the Webhook URL.

Get your @inbound address
Postmark gives you a unique @inbound.postmarkapp.com address. Copy it.

Set up Gmail forwarding
In Gmail → Settings → Filters: create a filter for emails from realestate.com.au or domain.com.au, then Forward to your Postmark address.
